THE EXPERIENCE
STEP 1:
INITIAL CONSULTATION
This is where we get to know each other. During our first call or meeting, we’ll talk about your vision for your wedding day, the moments you want captured, and any specific ideas you have for photography or videography. We'll walk through your timeline and discuss how we can fit seamlessly into your day, making sure we capture everything you want without missing a beat. We’ll answer any questions you might have, and help you feel confident and excited about the journey ahead.
step 2:
discuss packages & contract
Based on your needs and vision, we’ll get together for coffee or a zoom call, and go over all of the different packages that we feel is best catered towards you.
Once you’re happy with everything, we’ll send over the contract and deposit details. This final step locks in your date, and you’re officially booked with us! No hidden fees or surprise charges—just a clear, straightforward agreement.
step 3:
Engagement session
Now that we’re officially working together, let’s get comfortable in front of the camera! The engagement session is the perfect opportunity for us to connect, and it’s a great way to get to know each other better. You’ll get a feel for how we work, and we’ll help guide you through the process so you feel relaxed and confident. Plus, it's a chance to capture some beautiful, natural moments that are all about you and your partner—no wedding pressure yet!
step 4:
plaNNING YOUR PERFECT DAY
About a month before your wedding, we’ll schedule a meeting or call to finalize all the details. We’ll go over your timeline in-depth and discuss key moments you want captured, like the first look, family portraits, and any special traditions or events. We’ll work with your wedding planner (if you have one) and other vendors to make sure everything flows smoothly, and that we’re in the right place at the right time.
Our goal is to make sure you’re not stressed out about the logistics of the day—we’ll be the ones keeping track of time, so you don’t have to. We’ll also help you organize family groupings for portraits and make sure we don’t miss any important shots. By the time your wedding day comes, we’ll have everything mapped out, so all you need to do is enjoy every beautiful moment.
step 5:
wedding day
When your wedding day arrives, we’ll be there to document it all, from the excitement of getting ready to the joy of your first dance. We’ll work closely with your other vendors to ensure that everything flows smoothly, and we’ll make sure we’re capturing the most important moments without being in the way. We focus on candid, organic moments—everything from the tiny details to the big emotions, all woven together to tell the story of your day.
step 6:
delivery & memories
After your wedding, we’ll get to work editing your photos and video. Our goal is to deliver a final product that reflects the true essence of your day—beautifully composed images, a film that tells your unique love story, and memories you’ll cherish forever. You’ll receive your edited photos and/or wedding film in 6-8 weeks (depending on the package you’ve chosen), and we’ll make sure the final product is as close to perfect as it can be.
